Associate Product Operations

Role Overview

The Associate Product Operations role is responsible for corporate actions validation operations, customer support, and new client onboarding. The team monitors domestic and international corporate actions announcements, applies a stringent cleansing and enrichment process, and produces validated composite corporate actions records for clients.

What You Will Do

Validate and publish corporate actions composite records, conduct in-depth research, liaise with external parties, manage exceptions and risk, provide client support, and strengthen quality and controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of corporate actions experience
• Proven ability to research, interpret, and validate corporate actions terms and market practices

• SQL knowledge is highly desirable
