Role Overview
The Sales Compensation Analyst will design and run simulation and scenario models that govern incentive spend across the global sales force, stress-testing plan structures, forecasting commission accruals, and delivering predictive analytics to keep compensation spend aligned with divisional financial targets.
What You Will Do
The role will involve building and executing dynamic financial forecasting models, performing multi-variable stress-testing and sensitivity analyses, designing and computing plan effectiveness metrics, developing and maintaining automated Power BI executive dashboards, and partnering with Data Architecture teams to automate data ingestion from enterprise data warehouses.
