Role Overview
We are partnering with an established Singapore-headquartered business group to appoint a Corporate Development Manager to support its investment activities, M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives.
What You Will Do
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial modelling, valuations and commercial assessments of potential investments, manage due diligence processes and support transaction structuring, negotiations and execution.

This is a commercially focused role offering exposure to investment evaluation, transaction execution and corporate strategy, with direct interaction with senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or Management Consulting.
- Sector experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, industrials, logistics or related asset-intensive businesses is highly advantageous.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis capabilities.
- Demonstrable experience in M&A, investment evaluation and transaction execution.
- Excellent commercial judgment, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related discipline. CFA, CAIA or MBA qualifications would be advantageous.
