Role Overview

The SEO & CRO Manager will lead the evolution of marketing website visibility for humans, search engines, and LLMs, setting strategy, owning technical SEO, and collaborating with paid media for a holistic paid + organic view.

What You Will Do

The role involves developing keyword and topic strategy, building and owning a point of view on AI search visibility, managing the organic search tool stack, and building reporting that connects organic visibility to business outcomes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in SEO and/or CRO, with a meaningful share of that in an agency or multi-brand environment, and will be fluent in AI platforms, web analytics, and CRO.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in SEO and/or CRO
  • Website Technical: structured data, log file analysis, Core Web Vitals, site migrations, indexation troubleshooting, CMS and Front-End Literacy
  • Analytics/Tagging: Fluent GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, must have bonus – SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or PowerBI and Shopify
  • CRO: experiment design, sample size and significance, and the tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Hotjar, or similar
  • SEO: Ahrefs and/or Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center
