Role Overview
The Sales Operations and Organizational Expert will be responsible for checking operational standards during store visits and data analysis, investigating discrepancies in data, and identifying underlying operational causes. They will also formulate proposals for actions, evaluate the implementation of actions, and provide practical support to territorial sales managers.

The ideal candidate will have a commercial or economic degree, medium-level proficiency in German and/or English, commercial experience, basic computer skills, good communication skills, and a B category driving license.
