Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute Spector.ai’s marketing function end to end. This is a full-stack marketing role: you will set the strategy and then roll up your sleeves to deliver it across the website, content, social, events, webinars, and founder/leadership visibility. Every marketing activity you run will be measured against one north-star outcome: generating qualified sales leads for our pipeline.
What You Will Do
Define and own the overall marketing strategy, annual plan, and quarterly priorities aligned to revenue and lead-generation goals. Own the company website — continuously enhance content, structure, UX, and conversion paths to capture and convert demand. Develop the social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B/industrial channels.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Own marketing end to end and build the function from the ground up. Work directly with the co-founders and sales leadership on a product solving real, high-value problems for global industrial industry in a fast-moving, venture-backed startup where your work translates directly into revenue.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing, with a strong demand-generation / lead-generation track record.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Domain: Experience marketing software/technology products, with a focus on industrial sectors (e.g., oil & gas, chemicals, energy/utilities, and manufacturing).
- Full-stack execution: Demonstrated ability to both set strategy and personally execute across website, SEO, social, events, and webinars.
- Digital & SEO: Hands-on with SEO, website CMS, marketing analytics, and lead-capture tooling.
- Events: Proven experience planning and running conferences/events, including pre- and post-event client engagement.
- AI fluency: Well-versed in using AI tools and agents (e.g., Claude) to create marketing materials — collateral, sales decks, messaging, and content — faster and at higher quality.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; able to translate complex, technical topics into clear buyer-facing messaging.
