Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Sales Ops, or a similar analytical role in B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of commercial funnels and Lead-to-Cash mechanics
- Ability to turn messy data and real-world complexity into clear insights and actionable solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior commercial and operational stakeholders
- Mindset focused on decision quality, root-cause analysis, and scalable solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance (master’s preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English
