Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty program management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to loyalty program transformation and CRM modernization initiatives
