Marketing Manager – Media

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will drive audience growth and marketing performance across Sporty’s Media Products portfolio, working closely with User Acquisition, Creative, Analytics, and Media teams.

The role involves supporting marketing initiatives across multiple channels, analysing performance, and developing creative initiatives that resonate with football audiences.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, Marketing Strategy, Growth Marketing, Paid Media or a similar data-driven marketing role
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and experience working across key paid acquisition channels
• Hands-on experience analysing marketing performance and translating data into actionable recommendations
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPL, CPV, CPI, ROAS and other acquisition and engagement KPIs
• Experience working with reporting tools and performance dashboards
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, calendars, and creative workflows across multiple stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing recurring marketing activities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear narratives and support management-level presentations
• Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and other teams
• A genuine passion for football, with strong knowledge of major competitions, clubs, players, and football audiences
