Spotify’s Marketing team is focused on connecting artists and creators with fans in ways that feel authentic, culturally relevant, and impactful. As part of the broader Markets & Subscriber Growth organization, this team helps grow Spotify’s presence across emerging and high-growth markets by developing locally resonant campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- Lead consumer marketing campaigns across East Africa, while supporting culturally relevant campaigns in additional Sub-Saharan African markets
- Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, music, partnerships, media, analytics, and creative to bring campaigns to life from strategy through execution
- Use on-platform and off-platform insights to identify audience behaviors, market opportunities, and growth drivers that inform marketing strategy
