Role Overview
The Director, Marketing Operations serves as the primary bridge between Spring Fertility’s marketing strategy and clinic-level execution. This role owns the operating model that turns campaigns, patient education initiatives, and local market growth priorities into clear, actionable plans that drive patient volume, improve the patient journey, and strengthen community engagement.
What You Will Do
The role will manage Spring’s Community Manager, providing strategic direction, prioritization, and oversight for community-based provider, partner, and local network engagement initiatives. The Director, Marketing Operations will also oversee clinic readiness for campaigns, clinical volume KPI reporting, and patient education workflows in partnership with clinical teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, healthcare/clinical operations, practice management, or a role bridging marketing and operational teams
- Proven experience translating marketing strategy into operational execution across multiple locations or sites
- Experience partnering with clinical, provider, or medical stakeholders on patient-facing content or communications
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building and owning KPI reporting that connects marketing activity to business or volume outcomes
- Strong systems and process fluency, with experience using dashboards, CRM or patient funnel reporting, project management tools, and campaign intake/workflow processes to drive visibility, accountability, and execution across teams
