Role Overview

We are seeking a Partner Success Manager dedicated to the China, South Korea, and Mongolia markets. This role is responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with leading AI companies, and for providing data-driven insights that help partners achieve maximum value from our products.

What You Will Do

The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with AI partners, developing and executing partner success plans, ensuring partners understand data structures and integration methods, and supporting renewal cycles and identifying opportunities for upsell or deeper integration.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML companies, data products, or enterprise technology clients, and a Master’s degree in STEM, with medicine as a plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ experience working with AI/ML companies, data products, or enterprise technology clients, familiar with technology products
  • Master degree in STEM, with medicine as a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership, customer success, project management, or related responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows and coordinate across multiple teams
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms, e.g. Salesforce, is a plus
  • Business-level English and Mandarin Chinese
