Role Overview

The Finance team at Sprout Social powers the strategy behind helping leading brands unlock the value of social intelligence. The role reports to the Director of Corporate FP&A and is based in the Philippines.

What You Will Do

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will consolidate headcount and P&L forecasts in Pigment, deliver critical ELT, Board, and Investor Relations updates, and drive the close process in Pigment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical finance role
• Experience with headcount and P&L forecasting or consolidation
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting (ELT, Board, or IR), with the ability to work accurately against tight, recurring deadlines tied to close and reporting cycles
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with sound analytical judgment and attention to detail
• Comfort operating with a degree of ambiguity, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to global stakeholders
