Role Overview
This role reports to the Director of Corporate FP&A and is based in the Philippines. The Finance team powers the strategy behind helping leading brands unlock the value of social intelligence. The role is a detail-oriented, analytically strong finance professional who thrives on accuracy and ownership.
What You Will Do
Consolidate headcount and P&L forecasts in Pigment, deliver on critical ELT, Board, and Investor Relations updates, drive the close process in Pigment, contribute to ad hoc modeling and analysis, own key corporate reports and dashboards in Pigment.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical finance role.
- Experience with headcount and P&L forecasting or consolidation.
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting (ELT, Board, or IR), with the ability to work accurately against tight, recurring deadlines tied to close and reporting cycles.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with sound analytical judgment and attention to detail.
- Comfort operating with a degree of ambiguity, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to global stakeholders.
