Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Coordinator I supports the day-to-day revenue and cash office function at select accounts, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of processes across cash handling, reconciliation, HQ reporting, and vendor coordination.

What You Will Do

Perform daily hands-on work of cash office support and reconciliation, assist with daily reconciliation, reporting, and vendor coordination tasks, and support administration of HQ Accounts Payable software.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of cash handling experience
  • Prior administrative support and/or cash room experience a plus
  • Experience with Office 365 — Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint
  • ServSafe or Food Handling Certification a plus
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with an interest in growing into a supervisory role
