Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to join our finance team at our Louisville headquarters. This role will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership and functional leaders by providing financial insights, forecasting, planning, and analysis that support strategic decision-making and business performance.

Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning initiatives. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or related financial analysis roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, and complex data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and performance measurement.
