Role Overview
This part-time role supports the sales team by maintaining CRM data quality, building target lists, and preparing client-facing materials. The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with a CRM, and fluency in English. The ideal candidate is precise, structured, and comfortable working independently.
What You Will Do
Prepare and update client-facing materials, support the sales team with analysis and document work, build and research target lists, maintain and improve CRM data quality, and take on ad hoc requests across the team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The role offers real ownership of the CRM and prospecting groundwork, close collaboration with a senior sales team, flexible hours around your study schedule, and a hybrid setup in Zurich or Frankfurt. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow into a full-time role after graduation.
Requirements
- Currently in a Master’s program at a leading university in Switzerland or Germany
- Prior internship experience at a financial services or fintech firm

- Ready to commit for at least six months, ideally twelve
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with a CRM is an advantage
- Fluent with AI tools and quick to figure out where they save time
- Precise and structured. You care whether a record is correct, not just filled in
- Comfortable working independently and asking when something is unclear
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Right to work in the chosen base location (Switzerland, Germany) at time of application
Benefits
- Flexible hours around your study schedule
- A hybrid setup in Zurich or Frankfurt
