Role Overview
The Senior Manager Sales Excellence will take on a key position in the commercial area of STADA, leveraging sales excellence expertise and analytical strength to enhance field force performance and help shape the development of the German business units.
What You Will Do
The role involves designing, implementing, and further developing sales excellence programs for the field force, shaping key sales excellence levers, and defining and evaluating SFE metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a completed university degree, at least 5 years of experience in sales or commercial excellence functions, and strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Requirements
- completed university degree
- at least 5 years of experience in sales or commercial excellence functions
- expertise in go-to-market management, segmentation & targeting, territory alignment, incentive models, and KPI-based performance management
- experience in implementing sales incentive systems across multiple business units
- solid knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- experience with CRM-based marketing automation solutions is a plus
- fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, at a business level
