Role Overview
The Growth Marketer will own the strategy for acquiring customers and community members, including audience, messaging, positioning, and channel priorities. They will map and improve the full journey from first touchpoint to paying customer, identifying where prospects drop off and fixing it.
What You Will Do
The Growth Marketer will design the funnels and landing experiences needed to support campaigns, build a plan to convert the brand’s existing warm audience into community members and customers, and set up and manage email nurture sequences in ActiveCampaign.

Requirements
- Mid-level growth or digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, particularly on Meta
- Proven budget judgment
- Experience building or improving funnels from awareness through to leads
- Experience shaping content strategy and short-form video concepts
- Comfortable interpreting data and turning it into clear decisions
- Genuinely self-directed
- Practical, hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT
