Finance Manager, SSD FP&A

Role Overview

As a Finance Manager, SSD FP&A, you’ll be part of our Seasonal & Specialty Distribution segment within Tools & Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll drive financial preparedness and execution of FP&A cycles, provide financial leadership, and develop strong partnerships with global and commercial financial leaders.

What You Will Do

You’ll play a critical role in driving financial preparedness and execution of FP&A cycles, provide financial leadership and transparency, and provide in-depth and insightful reporting & analysis of month-end, forecast & operating plan financial information.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years experience in Financial planning & analysis / business finance
• Strong business partnering / communication / influencing skills
• Strong Excel capabilities / Power BI or Snowflake knowledge helpful
• Strong understanding of SBD systems / processes including EPM & HFM
• Problem solving & embraces adhoc tasks
• Can do attitude
