Role Overview
As US Print-on-Demand Key Account Manager, you will lead the growth and development of Stanley/Stella’s Print-on-Demand business across the United States. You will build and strengthen relationships with official dealers, strategic partners, and key accounts while identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth.
What You Will Do
You will define and execute the US Print-on-Demand commercial strategy, identify and develop new Print-on-Demand partners, and lead regular business reviews focused on sales performance, profitability, and growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within Print-on-Demand, promotional products, wholesale apparel, or a related industry
- Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, recruiting channel partners, and growing key accounts
- Experience managing account plans, sales pipelines, and revenue targets
- Existing network within the Print-on-Demand, apparel decoration, or promotional products ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing and evolving business environment
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across the US (minimum 50%) and occasionally internationally
