Role Overview

The Senior Customer Growth Marketing Specialist applies communications expertise, marketing strategy, and customer insights to develop impactful marketing programs that drive incremental sales and customer loyalty.

What You Will Do

Develop annual customer marketing and communication plans, create and execute email marketing campaigns, measure and analyze campaign performance, and leverage data to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing communications or customer marketing role

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, campaign reporting, and performance optimization
• Experience working with Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing technology platforms
