Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced project and program management leader to join our Go-to-Market Operations team in Seattle. This role will drive overall program management strategy, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and optimize creative agency relationships.
What You Will Do
As a Group Manager, you will lead a team of project managers responsible for executing key seasonal and innovation marketing programs and projects, and recommend and implement continuous process improvements to positively impact efficiency and quality.

Requirements
- Managing complex large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with continuous process improvement, change management, and information technology components (8+ years)
- Marketing Operations experience in large, matrixed organizations (8+ years)
- Experience working with or within a creative agency setting, supporting large brands and strategic marketing campaigns from initiation through execution (5+ years)
- Demonstrated success managing a large team of project managers in program and project management and/or agency management (8+ years)
