Manager, Marketing Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Marketing Operations will partner with Marketing leads to support complex Go-To-Market execution, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to assigned channel workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams from planning through delivery.

What You Will Do

The role involves managing assigned marketing programs and channel workstreams, building and maintaining project plans, tracking program decisions and priority changes, and facilitating kickoffs, working sessions, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in project planning, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and change management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work through changing priorities and evolving requirements
• Clear written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for working teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to drive clear decisions, ownership, and next steps
• Experience documenting processes, improving ways of working, and supporting team adoption
• Experience using Adobe Workfront for project setup, schedules, task management, status reporting, or dashboards
