Role Overview
As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles, maintaining a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events, and anticipating customer and store needs.

Requirements
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Ability to direct the work of others
