Growth Marketer / Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketer / Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a performance marketing strategy, analyzing the entire funnel, and identifying CRO potential.

What You Will Do

The tasks include taking responsibility for the performance marketing strategy, steering and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads, analyzing the entire funnel, and developing creatives, landing pages, and tests.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in performance marketing, have set up and steered paid campaigns themselves, and have a good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Experience in setting up, steering, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns
• Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Understanding of platform KPIs and ability to relate Traffic, CAC, ROAS, Conversion, and Profitability
• Experience with Shopify or similar E-commerce systems
• Ability to challenge agencies and external specialists professionally and formulate clear briefings
• Ability to work happily hands-on, think strategically, and have a desire to build up structures rather than just working on existing processes
