Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, curious, and high-energy marketing professional to play a significant role in building and growing the State Street Investment Management business in North America. The successful candidate will have a deep interest in financial markets, investment trends, and innovation.

What You Will Do

The Channel Marketing Manager will lead and deliver marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and interest in State Street investment solutions. Responsibilities include creating and driving client-relevant, scalable, and repeatable integrated marketing programs, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with marketing and strategy teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with major in marketing or communications
• Ten or more years of relevant marketing experience; previous financial services or product marketing experience preferred
• Familiarity with investment concepts
• Data-driven with a strong understanding of marketing technology
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with and influence stakeholders across the firm
• Excellent relationship building and management skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate to drive results
• Strategic thinker, creative in approach
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
