Role Overview

The Global Head of Cross-product Operations is responsible for activities and shared services supporting State Street Markets and Global Treasury businesses. The role partners across business lines, product-aligned Markets Operations teams, Global Delivery, Technology, and Corporate functions to deliver scalable operational services that support business growth, risk management, and strategic priorities.

What You Will Do

The Global Head of Cross-product Operations will lead teams across India, other global hubs, and co-trading locations, and will be a member of the Markets Operations Management Group, reporting directly to the Global Head of Markets & Treasury Operations and Client Onboarding.

Requirements

• 18+ years of leadership experience in capital markets, operations, risk management, finance, or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in capital markets products, post-trade operations, operational risk, regulatory reporting, and related operating models.
• Demonstrated success leading large global teams and delivering operational excellence in complex financial services environments.
• Proven track record of strengthening risk and control environments and managing regulatory and operational risk.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and technology modernization.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across business, operations, technology, and corporate functions.
• Strategic thinker with a proven change management mindset and experience driving large-scale initiatives.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree and/or relevant professional qualifications preferred.
