Steadman Hub are working exclusively alongside a major HubSpot customer, based in the heart of Munich. They are a tech company, known for working with various industries supporting project management, infrastructure security, and system adoption. They are an enterprise HubSpot customer, and are now seeking to grow their HubSpot team internally.
As a HubSpot & RevOps Specialist, you will own the end-to-end processes surrounding HubSpot from technical implementation and configuration, to team training, BAU admin, and ensuring consistent discovery sessions are in place to adapt and grow HubSpot with changing team processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, optimise, and administer HubSpot across the organisation from day one
- Build solutions within HubSpot that actually solve business issues, from workflow automation, to lead scoring and pipeline optimisation
- Integrate HubSpot into wider business systems, ensuring it as the source of truth for the organisation
- Be the face of HubSpot to the business, leading training sessions and managing ongoing optimisation through consistent discovery sessions
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience owning HubSpot end-to-end internally, ideally within a start-up environment
- Strong hands-on expertise configuring HubSpot across sales, marketing, and service hubs
- Background working with wider tools like Aircall, N8N, and similar tools
- Excellent people facing skills – capable of leading training sessions and discovery sessions
