Operations Analytics Manager

The Operations Analytics Manager delivers insightful analytics, themes, and solution recommendations to commercial leaders across Steel & Pipe Supply. The role manages all front-end Power BI analytics and data to ensure all output and recommendations are of the highest quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Delivers meaningful analytics-based trends and recommendations to operational and administrative leadership
• Leverages and continuously improves all analytics software, apps, tools, etc. to ensure the most accurate data
• Consults with operational leadership team members to deliver insights and solutions related to the various initiatives deployed throughout the organization
• Works in collaborative partnership with the SPS Data Analytics Team to ensure data and data tools are of the highest quality and effectiveness
• Transform administrative operational data into scalable business intelligence solutions and other business outcomes
• Credit Collections, Inventory Accuracy Analysis, Master Data Accuracy, and Weekly Warehouse Performance (WPE)
• Leads exploratory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis
• Proactively identifies, develops, and analyzes key drivers and metrics to support decision-making and progress tracking
• Ensures the timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of business results
