What You Will Do

Analyse workforce trends, develop KPI definitions, and partner with People Partners to improve workforce planning, data quality and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Analytics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and experience applying statistical and advanced analytical methods
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Curiosity, commercial awareness, and a passion for improving organisational outcomes through data
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, privacy and responsible AI
• Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI, R or similar technologies
• Familiarity with HR systems and People data ecosystems, ideally Workday
• Strong collaboration skills to build trusted relationships across People teams and the wider business
