Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll help shape how customers experience the Stinker brand every day. You’ll work collaboratively with teams across Merchandising, Operations, Technology, and Marketing to create campaigns that drive engagement, support store initiatives, and bring our brand personality to life.

What You Will Do

You’ll help lead and execute Stinker’s digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms. You’ll manage and optimize the Stinker website, mobile app, and other digital channels to ensure content remains current, engaging, and aligned with our brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Experience managing websites, mobile applications, social media platforms, or digital marketing technologies
• Experience working with customer loyalty platforms, digital analytics, or marketing automation tools preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, customer engagement strategies, and online brand management
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make recommendations
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel occasionally between Stinker locations
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Ability to work in a professional office environment, including extended periods at a computer
