Business Development Executive

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career to join Stone King’s highly respected Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) Team. The role can be based in any of our six offices (Bath, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, London, or Manchester) and hybrid working will be available. The Business Development Executive will provide proactive support for business development initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of growth plans and client engagement activities.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include client & event follow-up, fee-earner engagement, sales enablement, client & product support, coordination & reporting. The Business Development Executive will create and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub, ensure resources are up to date and accessible for fee earners, and respond to product-related enquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Experience creating and maintaining BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.
• Understanding of basic BD processes such as lead follow-up, tracking opportunities, and supporting pipeline activity.
• Confidence using CRM systems (InterAction preferable) to update records, log actions, and extract information for reports.
• Ability to capture actions from meetings accurately and ensure they are followed through to completion.
• Comfortable working with data — able to review simple reports, spot inconsistencies, and pull-out key points for BD Manager updates.
