Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in an international B2B environment.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse performance metrics, translate data into clear recommendations.
• Experience in knowledge sharing, with the confidence to communicate insights that educate the organisation and build stakeholder buy-in.
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to plan, produce, and adapt compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, analytics tools, content management systems, and paid media platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to improve content creation, campaign optimisation, customer insights, and marketing efficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, or German is an advantage.
