Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to support the continued expansion of our utility construction and infrastructure services throughout the Northeast. This individual will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities while ensuring successful operational execution of awarded projects.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with utility companies, municipalities, engineering firms, and general contractors, and overseeing project execution to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

Requirements

- Demonstrated success developing customer relationships and growing revenue
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the Northeast
