Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new market opportunities, strengthen the sales pipeline, and support sustainable global growth. The primary focus will be Northwest Europe and Rest of World markets.
What You Will Do
Focus on developing business across Northwest Europe and Rest of World markets, support sales teams, identify new leads, develop new business opportunities, and build relationships with potential customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development within an international environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and intralogistics solutions
- Experience developing business opportunities in Northwest Europe and/or global markets
- Ability to analyze market intelligence and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Willing to travel internationally
- Fluency in English
