Role Overview

Join Streamline Corporate as a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function, manage the digital team, and lead internal and external design partners. The role involves owning brand communications, strengthening customer relationships, and raising awareness among the right audiences to support business growth.

Lead the marketing team, deliver marketing communications, work with sales and commercial teams to turn business priorities into effective campaigns, and manage priorities and develop the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing a team
• Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or design partners
• Experience leading marketing communications from planning through to delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing drives retention, growth, and sales
• Strong knowledge of organic social, email marketing, and audience segmentation
• Experience using HubSpot, including reporting
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• Confidence using and managing SharePoint
