Senior Account Manager (Digital Content Marketing)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Service Team. The Senior Account Manager position is responsible for implementing complex customer projects and is aimed at those who are already experienced in customer and project business.

You will lead large and complex customer projects independently, lead project teams professionally, and be the central point of contact for customers and internal departments.

Requirements

• Completed studies or equivalent training in the field of marketing, communication, media, economy, or project management
• Several years of experience in project or account management in the agency, marketing, or digital environment
• Experience in leading large, complex projects independently
• Structured, independent, and forward-looking working style
• Fundamentally understanding of digital content marketing and digital communication measures
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Business thinking and responsibility in dealing with budget, margin, expenditure, and priorities
• Experience with AI tools
• Secure handling of project management tools
• Very good German and good English skills
