Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead complex customer projects and manage project teams. The role involves implementing customer projects, managing project setup, planning, and briefings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in project or account management and has led large, complex projects independently.

The tasks include leading large and complex customer projects, steering the cooperation of involved departments, and ensuring project control, including margin, offers, and billing. The candidate will also present concepts and campaigns to top decision-makers and recognize potential for sales and project extensions.

Requirements

• Completed study or comparable education in marketing, communication, media, economy, or project management
• Several years of experience in project or account management in the agency, marketing, or digital environment
• Experience in leading large, complex projects independently
• Understanding of digital content marketing and digital communication measures
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Business thinking and sense of responsibility
• Experience with AI tools
• Secure handling of project management tools (e.g. awork, Asana, Trello) and PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good German and good English skills
