Global People Support – People Ops Manager

Role Overview

The People & Places Operations team at Stripe is a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that drives key support for the People and Places function. The team is nimble and flexible, working with many different teams at Stripe.

What You Will Do

Provide strategic HR leadership, manage and develop the global team, ensure an exceptional employee experience, and lead and implement HR initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of people and operations management experience, with a strong attention to detail, ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets, and excellent leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of people and operations management experience
• Education – Grad/Post Grad in human resources or a related discipline
• Desired 12+ years of overall experience
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Confluence and Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Excellent leadership skills, data analytical & presentation skills, Written & Communication skills
• Understanding of overall HR lifecycle – Core HR, Benefits, Talent Mobility, Equity, Compensation, Exits etc
