Stripe is seeking a Product Manager to define and build the experience that delivers personalized guidance leveraging AI across the full user journey, from first question through activation and expansion. The role exists to bring high-quality guidance to every Stripe user, leveraging AI at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience building AI-powered, conversational, or agentic products
• A track record of owning revenue or business outcomes through product-led approaches
• Experience with hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation at scale
