Team Lead – Growth

Role Overview

We are hiring a Team Lead to join our growth team in India. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and owning their day-to-day technical work and output. You will be accountable for the CCaaS and CRM integrations assigned to your team.

What You Will Do

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for owning your team’s service(s) end-to-end, making technical decisions, keeping existing functionality stable, and delivering new work in parallel. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your team produces and keeps the evidence needed for PCI DSS and other compliance audits.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms in production, experience in directly managing engineers, and strong C#/.NET experience in a production environment. You should also have excellent written and verbal English, with a track record of working closely with UK/US teams across time zones.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms in production
• Experience in directly managing engineers
• Strong C#/.NET experience in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with serverless AWS
• Experience owning a service end-to-end in production
• Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Experience producing and presenting technical designs to senior engineering stakeholders
• Some prior team lead or mentoring experience
