Founders Associate Growth

Role Overview

As a Founders Associate Growth, you will own growth projects across the company, strategically and end to end. You will report directly to the founders and have real responsibility from day one.

What You Will Do

You will find opportunities, plan and prioritize, build and ship, test and iterate, and report to the founders. You will work on topics such as acquisition and early funnel, app store optimization, copy and messaging, and campaigns and content with AI.

Requirements

• High agency
• An entrepreneurial streak
• AI as your main tool
• Creativity with craft
• A sharp analytical mind
• Up to two years of full-time work experience after your degree
• Fluent English
• German is a big plus
• A degree from a top university in business, economics or a quantitative field is a plus
