Growth Specialist – Commercial

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Specialist to take on the digital channels and AI fronts of the Commercial area. A position with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue, for those who like to test, measure, learn, and scale.

What You Will Do

Lead the strategy and evolution of Smart Agents of AI, manage leads, manage and evolve the Lead CRM, structure and scale new sales models, design and conduct experiments, define and follow indicators, use AI and automation tools, and act as a focal point for commercial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Solid experience in Growth, CRM, performance, or commercial intelligence, with proven experience in sales funnel and journey analysis
• Experience in managing projects from start to finish, with autonomy and responsibility for results
• Strong analytical and synthesis capacity; advanced Excel
• Practical use of AI and automation tools in daily life, including building prompts, flows, or prototypes
• Good communication, influence, and collaboration with multiple areas and external partners
• Curious, entrepreneurial, and test-oriented profile
