Role Overview
The MTCS Operations & Chemtech General Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the MTCS manufacturing operations across the Americas, including full responsibility for the Mexico manufacturing facility and oversight of the Humble, Texas operation.
What You Will Do
Lead all manufacturing and operational functions, drive operational excellence, and partner with commercial leadership to align manufacturing capacity with customer demand.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within industrial manufacturing or engineered equipment environments
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations with full P&L, operational, and cost accountability
- Strong background in supply chain management, project execution, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, operational excellence, and change management initiatives within global organizations
