Senior FP&A Controller

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Controller is responsible for executing core financial control activities, including the preparation of financial reports, account reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls. This role supports the accuracy and integrity of financial data and contributes to the organization’s financial planning and reporting processes.

What You Will Do

Prepare and consolidate the annual budget, refresh predictive financial forecasts periodically, conduct profitability and performance reporting, perform plan analytics and risk management, and provide recommendation to the business based on in-depth financial analysis.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting, advanced skills in data analytics and financial software
• Strong understanding of global financial processes and standards
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills for delivering key insights to leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders
