The Summers Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Inside Sales Representatives. This remote, commission-based position is designed for people who want a flexible sales career and direct influence over their own earning potential.
What You Will Do
Speak with individuals and families, learn about their needs, and recommend life and health coverage options. Conduct phone and video appointments, guide applicants through the application process, and maintain accurate client records.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and a dependable approach to work are required. Prior sales or insurance experience is helpful but not required.
Requirements
- U.S. residency
- An active state insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
