Role Overview
The HR Data Analyst will partner with HR and business leaders to turn workforce data into insights that help inform decisions and improve the employee experience. This role will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide meaningful visibility into key workforce trends and metrics.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide meaningful visibility into key workforce trends and metrics. Evaluate data across the employee lifecycle, identify opportunities for improvement, and share recommendations that support organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Workday, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other data visualization and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards, developing KPIs, and automating reporting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business recommendations
- Experience working with large, complex datasets, including data cleansing, validation, integration, and modeling
