Data Analyst

Role Overview

Summit School Services is seeking a Data Analyst to design, build, and deliver impactful Power BI reports and dashboards that support decision-making throughout the organization. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to help drive business performance, enhance quality, and optimize operational processes.

What You Will Do

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate analysis into clear insights and narratives that drive understanding and action. Present findings to stakeholders with varying levels of technical and operational expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 – 5 years of analytics experience
• Experience in Power BI reports and dashboards (DAX, Data modeling, performance optimization) and Azure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and Microsoft Office Skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and data querying
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data
• Proven ability to communicate insights and tell a story with data
• Experience working with operational or performance-based KPIs
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
