Deal Desk Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Deal Desk Analyst to join a fast moving AI empowered product company. The Deal Desk team sits within the Finance organization and works collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product and other Finance teams to drive deals to closure.

What You Will Do

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and guidance to our Account Executives and Customer Account Managers in all aspects of deal structuring, pricing, quote structure creation, negotiation, and contract review.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pricing, finance, deal desk or analytics role
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
• Deep experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance and Legal
• Working knowledge of SaaS subscription models and revenue recognition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and willingness to work extended hours during end of quarters
• Team player with a high level of emotional maturity and extremely strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
